Challenge

Beezy was building a digital workplace platform to extend SharePoint and Office 365 with social collaboration capabilities.
The challenge was to make highly complex enterprise intranets usable, scalable, and adoptable by large organizations with thousands of employees, strict governance, and heterogeneous user roles.

Traditional SharePoint intranets suffered from low adoption, poor findability, and excessive cognitive load. Beezy needed to solve these UX issues without breaking technical, security, or organizational constraints.

  1. Stakeholder Analysis & Product Context
    Worked within a cross-functional product team to understand enterprise constraints, user roles, governance models, and real-world adoption challenges across large organizations.

    Contributed to scalable IA models and navigation patterns that reduced cognitive load and helped users quickly locate content, communities, and tasks across complex intranet structures.


  3. Social & Collaboration UX
    Designed and refined UX patterns for activity streams, communities, and participation flows, making collaboration intuitive and lowering barriers to contribution in enterprise contexts.


  4. UX/UI Design & Prototyping
    Iterated on core product interfaces and reusable patterns, balancing clarity and usability while working within the technical constraints of SharePoint 2010 / Office 365.
