Challenge
Fresenius Kabi, part of the Fresenius Group which tallied over €8 billion in sales in 2023 and employed around 43,000 people globally, needed to support nutrition teams across primary care and senior-care settings. They lacked digital tools for patient monitoring, intelligent product lookup, and data-driven decision‑making, resulting in inefficiencies during nutritional assessment and product recommendation workflows.
Key objectives
Enable nutrition teams in healthcare centers to easily track patients' nutritional progress.
Provide fast access to Fresenius Kabi’s medical nutrition and infusion product catalog via smart search and filtering.
Offer admin capabilities: user and permission management, clinic/patient data dashboards, and reporting.
Tailor UX for distinct user groups: primary care and elderly‐care professionals.
